Researching into target industries and companies who are initially competitors in the markets and then the related companies. Identifying the prospective candidates. In-depth interviewing and selecting candidates. Presenting work reports and a short list of candidates to clients with confidentiality. Advisory service includes: problem solving and offers negotiation. Final decision or comment from clients will be informed clearly. Reference check upon the request of the clients with additional fee. Acceptance of offer by candidates. Follow up service in the following 3 months.
